The Spinal Flow Intake begins with a body assessment and posture screening to locate spinal blockages. This will reveal areas where stress and trauma are being harbored within the body. We will discuss the emotional and physical symptoms associated with these blockages. Ample time is provided for any questions you may have. The session concludes with an initial Spinal Flow Healing Session.
Post Intake appointment you will receive a detailed email with an overview of the blockages we discovered, and suggested practices that you can implement in your daily life in addition to receiving Spinal Flow Treatment to alleviate your symptoms and promote healing.

Each session is a sacred space for your body to reconnect with its innate wisdom. You’ll remain fully clothed, resting comfortably on a massage table. With gentle touch at specific access points along the spine, the practitioner communicates directly with your nervous system, inviting release and flow. You are encouraged to relax, breathe deeply, and simply witness what is occurring within, recognizing the sensations of your body as it releases what no longer serves you and shifts into greater harmony.
Though the treatment is deeply relaxing, remaining awake and present helps your body open more fully to healing. Staying gently aware supports deeper release and integration.

Every session is a unique journey. Many experience a softening into presence — breath deepening, energy awakening, or a sense of lightness and expansion. Sensations may include tingling, waves of movement, twitching or contracting, temperature fluctuation, or the release of long-held emotions. Some describe it as entering a deeply meditative state, others as reconnecting with self, or source.
However your session unfolds, trust your body’s innate wisdom. It is gently releasing stored stress and guiding you toward greater freedom, alignment, and wholeness—bringing improved posture, reduced pain, and an overall sense of and well-being.

The number of treatments you may need depends on a few key factors:
How your body feels – The intensity and impact of the pain or discomfort.
How long it’s been happening – Longer-standing issues often take more time to resolve.
What’s at the root – Emotional, physical, or chemical influences can all play a role.
Your overall health – Other factors in your body or lifestyle may affect healing.
Your own care – How consistently you attend sessions and nurture yourself between treatments makes a big difference.
Each body is unique, so your journey will be tailored to support your fullest healing and well-being.

Treatment frequency is unique to each person, because every body is different. Some people respond quickly and notice profound shifts right away, while others—especially those with longstanding issues, chronic stress, or deeply held trauma—may need more frequent sessions at first. As you begin to experience relief, healing, and positive change, the frequency of treatments can gradually decrease. Together we’ll listen to your body and create a treatment rhythm that supports your unique needs.

Multiple clients are treated simultaneously. This creates a gentle field of collective healing and allows clients space to connect with their bodies while the other person in the room is being treated. I have found the healing intention and intensity higher with shared sessions.
Even though you are being treated in the same room, there are separate times for conversations that need to occur between client and practitioner. Your privacy and comfortability are always honored.

After your individual Spinal Flow session, the Heart Opening unfolds, inviting expanded heart-centered awareness, guiding a deeper connection between your body and mind through the intelligence of your heart. Each experience is unique—you may feel profound relaxation, a heightened sense of calm, vivid visuals, resurfacing memories, or the release of emotions and stored trauma. When you surrender to and trust your body’s innate wisdom, it can release what the conscious mind cannot.
My heartfelt intention is that you may meet yourself more deeply, gain new awareness, and release what no longer serves your highest good.
After your session, please allow time and space for reflection, processing, and integration, honoring the shifts that have taken place.
Heart Opening sessions resonate most deeply for those attuned to the spinal wave and the subtle currents of their own energy.

Spinal Flow treatment is suitable for people of all ages and for a wide range of symptoms or conditions. There are no contraindications, as the session simply supports and enhances the natural flow of energy present in every human body.
The technique is both gentle and highly effective, making the benefits of Spinal Flow accessible to everyone.

Please wear comfortable clothing that allows your practitioner to easily contact access points and follow your spinal wave. Avoid jeans, belts, hoodies, or other bulky garments to ensure ease of movement and full benefit from your session.

A 60- or 90-minute integrative massage can be added to your Spinal Flow Healing Session when scheduling allows. Experiencing Spinal Flow first brings the body into a deeply relaxed and receptive state, allowing the massage to move more freely through the muscles, energy, and subtle layers of the body—amplifying the sense of release, ease, and overall harmony.
